  Honestly let down by this shop. I go pretty much everyday on my way to work well today the women behind the counter blatantly accused me of stealing and when I exsplaned no I purchased this drink separately I wasn't even offerd an apology just made to feel worse my mistake ill change my route of work I hope you guys have a lovely day anyway and best of luck in future endeavours.

  Feel let down by this shop. Waited patiently in line along with 2 other customers, a girl walked in, skipped in the line and got served by what seemed a family member or a close friend, then this member of staff walked out back and didn't bother serving anyone else and left a black haired woman to deal with the parcels being dropped off and the other customers that had waited their turn. Wish I had got her name.

  Travelled here specifically to use the Post Office. Got there around 1pm and discovered the post office counter was shut for 15 mins! Seemingly due to a lack of staff, which was annoying. While there is car parking outside, it is frequently full.

  Very disappointed today as i went in there was a female member of staff stood by the Costa machine talking to a customer on the opposite side of the door both without masks or exception badges from what i would see. This ment customers who have paid and are leaving the shop had to walk in the middle of the pair talking. Just to state i over heard them talking briefly and it was not shop related it sounded like a general chit chat. Also like to state she was not on her break as it looked like she was in the middle of stocking the shelfs. This went on for over 15 mins from when i arrived to when i left and i was sat outside in my car for around 5 mins while making a phone call. Feel sorry for the other lad serving a que on his on
