  In a world where people are very often quick to moan, I would like to take a little time to say thank you to a member of staff for some proper customer service. I only went in for a couple of items but couldn't find one if them the shop assistant Amanda asked if she could help, I was only looking for a couple of bottles of Soda water she went out to the back store and found some for me. When some people would say, No we've sold out Amanda went that extra mile. Thank you so much.

  I've been going to this spa for nearly two to three years and have had no issues with parcel collection, always sharing the tracking number or ID as required. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The member of staff, Amanda, was very shut off, and her whole demeanour was not professional. I hope future visits will be more pleasant.
