  Had a brilliant experience! Owen who served me was a great lad — very welcoming, polite and really helpful, making the whole visit even better. He served me a superb Biscoff milkshake too! The food at this Particular Five Guys never disappoints, and today’s burger & chips were absolutely fantastic. Great service and great food all round — will definitely be back!

  We paid £18:80 for a lettuce burger and a hot dog. Absolute rip off . This place is a joke of a place. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. A small portion of chips for £4:65. You could fit them in a teacup. Save your money, unless of course you have more money than sense.

  Good place with good food. However, quite a lot of flies inside, which makes it very unpleasant environment to eat in. Plus makes you question the health and safety of the food.

  Really disappointed with my visit. The drinks dispenser was clearly not working properly — the Coke was completely watered down and tasted awful. I ended up paying nearly £10 for two drinks that were basically fizzy water. For a place that charges premium prices, you’d expect basic things like this to be right. What made it worse was that when I mentioned it to customer service, they didn’t seem interested at all and brushed it off, which was pretty frustrating. Definitely not worth the money and won’t be rushing back. I will also be raising with trading standards and making a claim through the small claims court.
