I’m quite fussy when it comes to coffee and customer service, so places really have to deliver for me to leave a review — and this place absolutely did. Even though I wasn’t particularly friendly myself today, the staff still remained welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout. Not sure why this place doesn’t already have solid 5-star ratings, because from my experience today everything was spot on. Definitely returning. Thank you for the great drinks and service. Visited on 7 May 2026 around 3pm.

The person who brought the coffee to us walked passed a table full of crockery and food but did not even clear it away on her way back to the counter. Do young people NOT see this sort of thing? or think it important. The floor was also mucky and sticky in places. The only saving grace they have is the coffee is really good but that's it. I wouldn't risk eating here and although living in Cranbrook I'm in no hurry to visit this dump again. What a shame as they have a captive audience!
