  Such rude service, if I could give no stars I would, went in Saturday lunchtime, oldish guy on the til, put the items down and he barks the price at me, which is more expensive than stated on shelf sign, I politely corrected him, totally ignores what I say and doesnt even offer to check...just asks for the incorrect amount again, shocked at this level of rudeness from a member of staff, on principle I wouldn't pay this and walked out, rude unpleasant man.

  I'm really not sure what all the poor reviews are about. 🤷 I use this store to collect parcels and occasionally for general shopping. I always have my Assistance Dog with me (yes he's properly trained & licenced and always wears a jacket stating this) the staff are always really friendly & incredibly helpful. I have a TBI & PTSD so my memory is terrible and I can find communication difficult at times. Not once have I encountered any distain from the staff. On the contrary they are always REALLY pleasant & helpful. It is perhaps a case of the staff attitude mirroring that of the customer. Treat them with some respect & that's what you get in return. I've never witnessed the staff being unpleasant to anyone & certainly haven't been treated poorly myself. If the shop was closer to my home I would almost certainly use it a lot more. In fact I think I may have to make it a part of my New Year exercise regime to walk down to it a couple of times a week. That's how much I enjoy using the shop. And so does my Assistance Dog. Top marks and THANK YOU.

  Costly convenience. What baffles me is why, how & who decided on this Spar in the centre of Brixham??? How does this benefit or help a mainly elderly population??? Why not an Iceland store??? This just wasn't thought through in order to benefit Brixham residents at all, it's just another excercise in greed & profits over logic & practicality. 🤔🙄🤨
