  Order online, watch progress from received to in oven to ready to collect within 30 minutes WRONG Not ready, not in oven not even prepared. 1 young lady working alone on a Friday evening under immense pressure. Another 90 minutes later order ready, get it home to find Xxl half price pizzas if you collect really means half of the toppings too, wrong crusts, missing paid for dips and totally inadequate. Can't really blame the poor girl working alone, collections, phone going and walk ins.. This surely is a health and safety issue alone!! For £48 worth of food it was disgusting and now will never use again Papa John's, what was once our favourite pizza place. I tried to phone adding to the girls stress, but was transferred to Mumbai, where a very bad English speaking call centre operator tried to offer me a repeat order!! We didn't want to eat the 1st one never mind a 2nd. No I requested a refund, to which all I understood was "postcode" I'm thinking they trace my order via phone#/postcode?? As he then hung up. AVOID unless you have 2 hours to waste. Still awaiting refund.

  Do not EVER place an order with this restaurant. The staff cannot understand English. You will wait up to an hour and a half. The pizza will be cold. Go to dominoes or literally anywhere else

  Shocking service. Over 2 hrs for delivery and it was cold when it arrived. Regret not picking it up as we live 10mins away. Second bad experience at this branch and the very last time using here.

  I love that Papa John's offers such great vegetarian and vegan options. The Garden Fresh pizza on thin crust is my absolute go-to. It is light, packed with crunchy veggies, and not overly greasy. The service at my local branch is always friendly and efficient.
