Abysmal service at tills. So slow, lethargic it was painful. No recognition of who was actually next in line .

Staff are lovely and helpful. Good range of produce and changes. Busy days can mean queuing for a while, but only because it's a small shop centre of highstreet. I see staff go the extra mile to help people when needed on a regular basis. Some lower starred reviews I highly disagree with and I shop here multiple times per week.

there are many reasons I must mention why I dislike this CO-OP
1. the staff at the till are too busy "chatting" to the person they have served when there is a long queue ,some of us don,t have all day !
2. till staff, have a bad attitude, and to raise a smile is a miracle,
3. till staff just stand and wait while you "struggle to reach inside underneath the thick plastic barrier to try to pack your goods and they never pack or help you to pack ,they just watch you struggle it isn,t good for "arthritic" customers, the "barrier also is not freindly to hearing aid users ? it,s a very awkward system.
4. till staff don,t remind you if you have a clubcard and to present it ? resulting in lost points and savings . not that it is a very rewarding card anyway ,
5. the quality of fresh fruit and veg, is very poor compared to many other stores.
6.the overall cleanliness of this store needs to be addressed ! and in some cases a "re,training" re, customer service looks to be required for certain members of staff.
