This is where you should go to eat if you hate yourself. Dirty. Broken. Toilets out of service. Depressing

So sorry to cause you an inconvenience today by coming in for a burger. Rubbish and food on the floor right next to the counter. Staff not bothered to clean up even though it wasn't busy. They didn't want to take my order at the till despite there being a card machine (I struggle with the computer ordering). The extra serviettes i requested were scrunched up an thrown in the bag. Promise I won't inconvenience you ever again!

Rating is for stoma friendliness of disabled toilet. Zero stars. Hooks +1. Shelf +0.5 (yes if using baby changer). Bin +1. Mirror +1. All points lost because of no toilet seat.

Truly the slowest/worst service I've ever had to endure. The food itself tasted fine and up to standard but I aged 3 years just waiting for the counter staff to deal with the fries!
