  Food: Standard burger king no particular difference there Service: Got 5 onion rings instead of 9 nuggets and no receipt from machine. No fizzy drinks as that machine was broken so only a hot drink or juice available. Toilets and seating blocked off after 5pm so you have to eat in your car. Atmosphere: unclean main area and toilets, which had a broken lock. Miserable or vacant staff Overall, it is a services bk but really poor compared to others.

  Genuinely one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. Arrived to find the entire seating area cordoned off "for cleaning" — except in the whole time we were there, not a single member of staff cleaned anything. The cones and barriers were clearly just there to save them the bother of having customers to deal with, leaving paying diners standing around with nowhere to eat it. When we asked about it, the staff were openly combative — no apology, no explanation, just attitude. Customer service was non-existent. You'd think basic politeness was part of the job description, but apparently not at this branch. The state of the place was genuinely grim. Tables filthy, floor sticky, rubbish overflowing. If this is what's on display to the public, I dread to think what the kitchen looks like. To their credit, the food itself was fine. But fine food doesn't make up for hostile staff, a filthy restaurant, and being treated like an inconvenience for daring to walk through the door. Whoever manages this branch should be embarrassed. We won't be back, and I'd urge anyone reading this to drive on to the next one.

  Arrived to find nowhere to sit, (closed off for cleaning, although the entire time I was there I saw no one clean anything) staff were combative and the place was very dirty. Toilets stank. Food was fine but will not go again.

  Server didnt even acknowledge me or crack a smile, she looked bored, and in front of me, scooped dropped fries that were lying on the side for at least the 5 minutes that id been waiting, back into the hot plate with the others.. GROSS 😝 Also, the Dr Pepper zero was completely flat, cheeseburger was pretty cold with way too much mustard! Its not even like the place is ever that busy tbh... "time to lean, time to clean" in my opinion! Disappointed
