  First impression walking in, was it was very tired and dirty. Bins were full, chairs were torn or on the way out and none of the tables had been wiped down. When ordering, a lot of items were unavailable and signs were up saying machines were broken. The toilets had no toilet roll and hadn't been cleaned. Staff definitely looked like they would rather be anywhere else but who can blame them! 😅 Food tasted good and drinks were fine. Nothing amazing but it's fast food so it's not designed to be gourmet.

  Very grotty looking place. 3 units inside a building - burger king, Greggs, and a closed unit which used to be a Subway. Toilets were out of order except for the large one with changing table - filthy inside and quite rank. Was going to get something from BK, but only had 2 ordering tablets and the queue of people was huge. Everyone waited in the doorway which made it uninviting. Greggs had a better system with a walkway. Ended up not purchasing food as could see flies all over the places, filthy floors, dirty tables, and the back (where you park) seemed very unhygienic especially with staff taking their breaks on the small wall there.

  Rude staff didn’t even say hello or smile at all. Very poor service and food slapped together. Place is a tip like it’s not kept cleaned. Avoid at all costs

  Terrible experience,took food from both Greegs and Burger king,wasn't fresh,toilets horrible,no maintenance,flushes broken,no paper towels in the toilets ,poor customer service from staff as well Visited on 21/7/2026 at 1:15 pm
