  This sadly is the store that supplies our on line shopping , very poor choice of products which are available in store but not on line. Constantly out of stock of basics such as bread and fresh fruit, substitutes not offered even though requested. Items dissappear from basket after checking out without any warning. Some items with short date are not highlighted.

  The person filling the vegetable said that I am not allowed to take anything from the basket because she is changing the place of the vegetables to night but I visited Tesco between 7.30 to 8 pm. The lady in the customer service was very polite and she is the one let me to go in the vegetable area, I only need a packet of tomato, the moment she saw I am taking the packet from the basket she told me to put it back and told that I am not welcome there didn’t allowed me to take anything from there and i reported it to the customer care and she felt really sorry and she even apologised to me this is the first time i had this issue in Tesco 😡
