  Really unimpressed with this Wagamama’s restaurant service. I waited 40 minutes for a takeaway, no apology, not given any indication how long the order was going to be. My meal was prawn raisukaree. I’ve had this meal at least 10 times at other Wagamama’s restaurant in the past. The meal I received today after my 40 minute wait was close to inedible. The prawns(4 in total) were tiny and very chewy as had been overcooked. There was no Thai sauce, just some weird watery sauce. Appalling! My son had ordered a child’s chicken and rice dish. There was no chicken so he was very disappointed. As a result I ordered chicken wings for him as an online order and was told there was a 30 minute wait. We therefore timed it so we would collect in 30 minutes. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told the wings were going to be “put on next”…so we then had to wait a further 20 minutes. No apologies, the restaurant at this time was only a quarter full so I really can’t understand what excuse they had. Absolutely appalling service. They really need to step up!!!I certainly won’t be returning any time soon :-(

  First time we’ve come here and can genuinely say that the staff were amazing. It’s been really busy tonight but staff have been communicative about delays, kind and friendly. We had Jodie and she really went above and beyond for us. We sat outside and the views were great, boats in and out with a nice atmosphere.

  How is Wagamama a thing? Brought wife's meal 15 mins before mine. Hers was freezing cold. That took 30 mins to reheat. Both meals were dry. Toilets are disgusting. I tried it. Try anything once. Never again

  I went to Wagamama this evening and the lady staff, that was outside refuse us entrance. Because we had a dog with us and some places don't allow witch I understand but they had sitting outside it says that outside close at 10pm (we arrived at 9pm) and she informed she had to close the patio because of noise, when our party were 3 people( 2 adults and a teen) .she didn't even bother to call her duty manager. Also would like to stated the restaurant was empty, witch would mean that we would leave soon and not late). Cross the road is also residential and patios were busy inside and outside and Music). Shocking costumer service.
