  Disappointing, another table of 6 people were served before our table of two. Steak not cooked as requested. Young waitress forgot our sauce. The first older waitress didn't apologise for the overcooked or cremated steak, you could have caused serious injury if you threw it. Sundae for desert nothing special. Better places to eat in the city centre

  We had booked the premier inn attached to this site and we re early to check inn .so we went into this beefeater and asked if it was ok to just have a drink .this was at 10.50 We were told we couldn't until 11.30.very odd type of pub .not wanting paying customers
