  Pizza was cold and had the wrong one ordered to my house, they left threw it through my upstairs window, when I called up they tried saying I was lying and I needed to get a life. John is clearly letting his standards go down hill, even though they were already abysmal anyway. Pizza hut 4 life baby!!!!

  ⭐ 1 star Very disappointing experience with Papa John’s St Budeaux, Plymouth. I placed my order at around 2:00 PM, and by 5:00 PM I still had not received it. I called the shop several times, and the lady I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. She repeatedly told me to wait because they didn’t have a driver. At one point she said, “Do you understand that I don’t have a driver?” in a very dismissive manner. I eventually told her that I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. She then told me that she didn’t know how to issue a refund and couldn’t do it from the shop. I was left with no choice but to contact Citizens Advice Consumer Service for help because I could not get the issue resolved directly with Papa John’s. It was extremely difficult to find a way to actually contact someone who could help. Three hours waiting for a pizza, no delivery, no refund from the shop, and extremely poor customer service. This is completely unacceptable. Papa John’s needs to seriously improve its customer service and its process for dealing with delayed orders and refunds.

  The food was absolute garbage, and the customer service was literally shit .The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like serving customers was a problem. One of the worst experiences I've had. This store doesn’t even deserve 1star it’s better to save money rather than spending here

  I dont understand the negativity.. I have been ordering here for years and ive never had a problem besides maybe the missed sauce. In my opinion, the best pizza. Potato tots are lovely as is their bread. Service is always good and delivery is quick.
