  Food Was great, cant say it was, but man, called to check on my order as the system had changed to delivered. The person who answered had music playing, was taking to multiple others, told me I didn't know if the driver was outside or not :D honestly I was beginning to think i had fallen for some scam and this call was just made to cost me. Driver, after going to the wrong address, approached me annoyed saying they had been trying to call me. I put the what3words and clear instructions in the order notes. They just didn't read them. Exceptionally poor.

  We have order £40 worth of food. I order a big pot of garlic & herb sauce every time because it’s my favourite, this time it tasted so bad I was gagging, my 1.25 L drink didn’t arrive and I found a hair in my food. I called PJ Mutley plain and was told the area manager refused to redo my order, even though at 20.37 I was told by a staff member not to eat it and full new delivery would arrive I waited until 21.36 and called to find out where my food was to then be told about the area managers comments. Appalling customer service, such a large company with such lack of care of food safety.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It took 2 hours to come, it was the wrong order and they would not give a refund. They screamed at me on the phone. Diabolical! I would give this place 0 stars if I could and have shut it down. It should be illegal to fail to provide services and not offer a refund or compensation!
