  Ordered a big order on the airshow day almost 3 weeks ago and they failed to deliver all of the order. I’ve rang them to see if they could deliver the rest of my order to which i was told it will be a while as they’re busy but they could refund the items missing from the order. Now 3 weeks later I still haven’t received the money back from the missing food and no one seems to be able to sort that out despite speaking to multiple people at the branch. Absolutely pathetic. I will have to continue ringing them now to get the money back. This is bad practice and really quite a shambles. I will be coming into the branch to show the proof of my order and hoping someone can finally sort this mess out.

  ​Shocking disorganisation and zero hospitality. ​This store is run by completely inexperienced staff who have no idea how to handle customer service. After waiting over an hour for a delivery (despite living 4 minutes away), the food arrived stone cold. The driver advised refusing it, and staff on the phone (Liam/Callum) promised a replacement and a refund. ​Neither arrived. When I drove to the store to get answers, the level of unprofessionalism was staggering. Both guys were hostile, in total denial about what they’d promised, and completely lacked the communication skills to resolve a basic issue. ​While I eventually managed to get my refund after escalating the matter, the sheer chaos, constant 15-minute hold times on the phone, and rude attitude from the team make this branch an absolute joke. Avoid.

  Our experience with Domino’s is terrible! Order took over 3hrs to arrive (2 large pizzas and some chicken strips). Numerous phone calls made and not answered. Had to phone from another number for them to answer. Was told the driver was outside when he wasn’t. Was told I’d been called 3 time, but I hadn’t. When food FINALLY arrived, chicken was missing. When complained to head office, their customer service was appalling, no customer care given. Said the 35min delivery is just an estimate! Really shocking! Will NOT be ordering again.

  Absolutely terrible 'service'. We ordered 4 different items of food for delivery. The delivery took absolutely ages to arrive, when it did there were 2 items missing, no explanation whatsoever. We then rang the store, which was totally pointless as they clearly weren't answering the phone. So I drive down there, to be told that they didnt have those 2 items! So they just decided not to put them in the bag!! There was no apology, just 3 childish members of staff mucking about! Will never be ordering from there again. Domino's seriously need to consider their choice of staff in this branch. Completely unacceptable.
