  I ordered cheesy garlic bread at lunch with some chicken popper's. The chicken was still frozen in the middle. I took it back the man stuck his finger in the middle of it. Gave me my money back. Said he'd do me more but he actually just put the bits he stuck his finger in to warm again & said he'd give me a free drink if I paid £5 for the chicken. I do not think so. Disgraceful service and no wonder the place is always empty!

  Great delivery service from Saim. he was really friendly and polite, and even gave me 2 extra dips for free, which was a nice gesture. Really appreciated the great customer service.

  Don’t really understand how it can be this consistently bad. Last 3 times ordered for delivery from this place, at least 45-1hr late. Any time you phone they say it’s already on the way and they mark it as delivered on their tracker before it’s even left the restaurant, presumably to meet targets for delivery time. Complaining to head office does nothing. It’s a shame because the food is quite good, hence is going back. But this will be the last time.
