  Great service here—the staff were super friendly. Jody was a star and very kindly helped me. The pizza was lovely too. Highly recommend!

  Food from this location is shocking, always undercooked or burnt, no hygiene standards in place, I've ordered from this place about 4 times in 3 years and always have the shits the next day, it's the only pizza shop including other domino's where I always get ill after eating from.

  Thought it would be nice to have a treat on a bank holiday Monday! Absolutely awful. Go to other Dominos all the time with no problem. Ordered online, the app and screen in the shop said my food was ready but I was told I would have to wait. Then saw several members of staff rearranging/moving around what was clearly my order for about 10 minutes. I eventually asked again and was then given my food. When I got home, I found pizzas were wrong, items were missing and the food was nearly cold (I only live 5 minutes away). One pizza had so much pesto drizzled over it that it was disgusting and not even on the list of ingredients. I ordered 2 x 4 cookies, and only got a sad looking box with 2 cookies in it. When I phoned Dominos, they tried to tell me I was wrong, then they tried to say I would have to collect the missing cookies. I was so hungry that ended up eating the pesto riddled pizza which was disgusting. They did agree to deliver the missing cookies. So it cost me £100 to inflict a poor excuse for some pizzas on my family. No, apology, no refund just some guy on the phone trying to avoid doing anything about it.

  Sent the wrong food - pizza had pesto all over it which was NOT on the menu, was told this pizza comes with pesto?! Which it doesn’t. I mean, it’s an allergen but they seemed not to care. Whole pizza covered in it so borderline inedible. Ordered 8 cookies and received only two. Phoned and told to return the pizza to the store - despite that meaning that the rest of the order would have gone cold and we’d have been gone from our guests for another 30+ minutes. Told they would deliver but would have to charge us?! Finally got manager #3 (seems a lot of managers there!) and he agreed to deliver the cookies. Couldn’t be bothered to get the pizza changed - everything was cold but that point and I’d honestly lost the will with the whole thing.

  Online delivery was wrong when I rang up the manager was rude and would not even offer any kind of discount on my next vist wont be using again. Another example of this world that no one cares anymore.
