- DDDavidSep 9, 20261.0Coop is Coop.. Very good store in general.. I have no complaints about Coop... Our visit 4 days ago around 16:00 was sadly mired by a genuinely horrible middle aged man who clearly felt he was too good to be working at Coop.. He was stood by the tills, clearly itching for an argument, which I would not be drawn in to.. He was patronising and rude to me, to my wife was creepy & misogynistic.. I was so disgusted, had I more time, I would have insisted on speaking with the manager of the store... Simply for the future benefit of other customers he will victimise with his toxic attitude.... I've never see anything quite like this sort of unprofessional behaviour from a member of staff at ANY major retailer.. This gentleman was most certainly not representative of Coop as a whole, whoms staff are usually very friendly and helpful.. I'm not usually one to make complaints such as this.. But this guy was really SO very unprofessional, ostensibly reflexively rude and unhelpful, I feel Coop should be made aware of this staff members attitude with a view to offering him some extra training (or a metaphorically slapped wrist) I do love Coop generally though.. They do seem to be more conciencous that the other major supermarkets
- PBPeter BrooksAug 10, 20264.0Really like this store, it never seems too busy. Wrong to call it a convenience store, it's a full size supermarket.
- TGThe GopnikJun 1, 20261.0Staff aren't great quite a bit of attitude iD checking to be funny when people are over 40 🤣
- JFJames FishwickMay 30, 20263.0Typical co-op. Some staff really helpful some not so. Loads of parking.
