  Horrendous! The place is full of Tesco staff 'Pickers' with huge trolleys shopping for home delivery customers. This used to be done on the night shift/early shift. Why do we have to do battle with this. Its a really stressful experience having to navigate all these people which incidentally are blocking the aisles, having a natter or unable to steer the trolley! Get these pickers back on the early shifts whilst the majority of customers aren't in Tesco!

  Extremely disappointing experience at Tesco. The staff member, Maddison, was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me. What made it even worse was that there was no rush or busy period at all, so there was absolutely no reason for such an unpleasant attitude. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable. I strongly hope Tesco takes this complaint seriously and looks into Maddison’s behaviour. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

  Very disappointed with the way we were treated by a staff member named Maddison during our shopping trip. Her attitude was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The way she spoke to us was completely inappropriate and made an otherwise normal shopping experience very unpleasant. Everyone should treated with respect and unfortunately that was not the case here. I hope Tesco management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the matter appropriately.

  I had a very unpleasant experience with a member of staff named Maddison. I felt extremely disrespected by the way I was spoken to and by the attitude shown towards me. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the way I was treated left me feeling upset and humiliated. I hope Tesco takes this feedback seriously and looks into what happened. Staff should understand that the way they communicate with customers matters, and no customer should be made to feel disrespected when visiting the store. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better customer service from Tesco.

  I had an absolutely awful experience with a member of Tesco staff named Maddison. Her attitude was incredibly rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional. From the way she spoke to me to her overall behaviour, I felt that she had a very unpleasant and egoistic attitude and seemed to have no interest whatsoever in treating a customer with basic respect. What should have been a simple and straightforward interaction turned into an extremely frustrating experience because of her manner. Instead of being helpful or professional, she came across as arrogant and condescending, which made the whole situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. Customer service is supposed to be about treating people with courtesy and respect, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, Maddison’s behaviour was the complete opposite of this. I left the store feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Tesco seriously needs to look into how customers are being treated and ensure that staff understand the importance of professionalism and basic customer service. I have never felt the need to leave such a negative review before, but this experience was genuinely that bad. Very disappointing experience and, based on this interaction, I would think twice before returning.
