  Fantastic place, the workers are so friendly and down to help they literally sourced so many products for us so quickly we were absolutely amazed. Mark was the most notable employee and we really appreciated him going above and beyond for us - Super amazing place and even better staff 🙌

  Best superstore in Plymouth area, clean store, fresh bread, nice cafe, staff are great, there’s a very helpful and kind lady on self checkout named Anne (i hope i got that right) 🤩🙏

  This is huge Tesco spanning 2 massive floors and so many aisles! The Tesco has a lot of different options for everything and I would say it’s a bit difficult to find but you will get it eventually. I would say it had a lot of empty spaces but it looked like the staff were sorting it out . The staff working at the till I went it was very kind and polite and made the experience a whole lot better ! The car park is massive but fills up quickly so it will be a good walk back to your car ! They also have a petrol station here as well . There is also a cafe in here but never tried it out but heard it is good. I only wanted to get a few bits but spent over an hour ! Overall , this is a great and amazing tescos!

  Very disappointed with my recent experiences at Tesco. Over my last five visits using the self-service checkouts, I have been subjected to bag checks every single time. I have never once failed to scan an item, never had an issue raised against me, and never given any reason to be treated with such suspicion. While I understand that occasional checks may be necessary, repeatedly targeting the same honest customers feels excessive and frustrating. It turns what should be a quick and convenient shopping experience into an uncomfortable one. My advice to Tesco would be to make greater use of staffed checkouts. Not only would this provide a better customer experience, but it would also support the employees whose jobs are increasingly being replaced by self-service systems that Tesco itself appears not to fully trust. Loyal customers should not feel harassed every time they shop. Unfortunately, these repeated bag checks have left me questioning whether I want to continue using Tesco for my regular shopping.
