  Ordered a pizza and a couple bits 2 days ago. Never received an item that I ordered and was told by the delivery driver that it would be refunded by the store..... Literally nothing and I have not have any funds returned. Second time of missing items and the same issues yet again

  I have been told to come here to see about my refund I have been sent on the run around about. I am very heavily pregnant. If I cannot speak to higher management I’m filing an official complaint, taking a legal route as at this point the refund for the food or a voucher we were told was on our account for sending the wrong order, was absolute lies because they cannot deal with it. If I have to come up to the shop heavily pregnant, to sort this out I will I’m furious!!!!!!!!

  I ordered a pizza via Uber Eats, I had to phone them after an hour or so of waiting to find out what was happening. Awful manners from the staff member who imediately complained she was busy, and couldn't see my order on her system, I was then put on indefinite hold without notice. I phoned again whilst on hold and spoke to another member of staff who assured me my order was being dispatched after I confirmed the address. They then sent the order to an address down the street, then phoned asking me to go and track down the delivery driver. Over an hour late and out in the street collecting my food in my dressing gown, no apology, and the driver had the cheek to tell me I gave the wrong address after telling them the correct address a total of six times. Complete waste of time as well as the food was rubbish, the beef tastes like cheap doner meat and the onions weren't even close to fresh, I'd actually give the food and service zero stars! Not worth the hassle

  Honiton dominos is literally the worst dominos in the south West! The staff dont care AT ALL. The food never tasts like it should. The toppings are never even. If you order extra f a topping you get hardly any. The slices are always cut wildly uneven and their timekeeping is abysmal

  Absolutely useless! Once the app said the order was out for delivery, it took 45 minutes to arrive for a 6 minute journey. The wait wasn't the issue despite it being 'fast food' it was the delay in delivery that was the problem. Delivery driver was sent to an address much further away before ours and pizza was luke warm at best. Not the first time this happened. Will stick to local kebab shops in future as there much more reliable.
