  Upon being notified that my pizza order was ready I popped in to collect it, when I was there I was informed that they had got the order wrong and they had to remake it. I understand mistakes happen, however I had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be remade, whilst waiting I ordered a small 500ml bottle of drink and even though I had been inconvenienced they didn’t think to offer this or anything else complimentary or any reimbursement of costs. I understand mistakes happen but perhaps giving a 500ml bottle of drink on the house or offering a slight discount would be good customer service

  Best pizza in town, no issues.
