  Paul who works at Exeter Vale Tesco Extra, went above and beyond to help me in the store. He was friendly and polite and went to get a protein shaker from the stock room, when there wasn't one on the shelf.

  My father had a bad stumble outside the Exeter store, banging his head and, as we found out later, breaking his wrist. I cannot fault the assistance given by the 3 staff members. As a trained 1st Aider myself, there was nothing more that I would have done had I been present at the start. They stayed with him, provided him with shade, applied pressure to the head wound, kept his head steady throughout and provided frozen peas to put on his wrist. Invaluable knowledge and skill combined with a very calm approach, made the difficult situation easier until the ambulance arrived. He is now home and still a little shaken and bruised, but is thankful for your help. A credit to yourselves and the store. Thank you.
