  Banging food as always! The staff at this branch are always friendly and welcoming, the portions are generous, and the quality is spot on. Fast service too. Definitely recommend!

  This was my first visit to this five guys as I’m not local but they genuinely had the best customer service i received in Exeter during my stay here. Most of this was contributed by a shift manager in a black top , I can’t remember his name (I believe it began with a P? He was also fairly young) but he was brilliant. From the initial friendly discussion at the tills, to during the process of making my food and all the way to the selling point at collection. Despite there only being two employees on the line at this time, which is including him, he never rushed our interactions and made the experience 10/10. Big thank you to him! I travel a lot and have been to many five guys but I must say he made the Exeter one stand out! And the food was great :) The man helped ensure my food was made as per my choices and helped package it in the most convenient way as I was collecting food for two, on my own. Genuinely 10/10 customer experience and 10/10 food. Thank you!

  Best Burgers ever! Five Guys Exeter was fantastic. The food was excellent and the staff were even better.

  Whatever was in my meal gave me mild food poisoning and an upset stomach. Felt sick afterwards with cold sweat and dizziness aswell as diarrhea. Taste wise the burger was extremely bland and the loaded fries were disgusting and literally felt like slop. Dont go here, dont risk getting ill from this crap, its not worth it.
