I went to this Five Guys yesterday. I went to the cashier and waited for almost five minutes and nobody came to help me. Frustrated at waiting so long, I went to the self ordering machine. I placed my order but at the end of the process, I didn't receive any receipt. I did not see the order number. So I had to wait by the collection counter and ask if every order was my own. The person at the collection counter was not very helpful. Extremely frustrated at the poor system in place at this Five Guys. It turned into a guessing game as to which order was mine. Poor service overall.

Can safely say, that was the worst burger and fries ever had the misfortune to eat…

If you value your kidneys stay away from 5 guys. Meals are too salty, worse chips in Europe. This place should be shutdown or turned into a kebab shop. Very very bad food choice if you intend to live long.

I have had food from five guys Exeter a few times recently. Honestly, not the first time the food has been undercooked, but today it was severely undercooked and hazardous to health.
