Bank holiday weekend. Woefully understaffed. 1 person at the bar taking orders for the entire restaurant (which was fully booked) and also serving drinks. All the staff were great and dealing with the situation they were in, Jaden especially was very good. No sign of any management. Very poor. Only have 2 stars due to decent staff. Just needed more! Bank holiday weekend was always coming Brewers Fayre!

Food was ok, had to wait ages for refils to come out, even had to ask them to refill the cereals. Con you into visit, then to be told the discounts they've sent you don't apply to breakfast......and then to top it all off......I've had a parking fine come through for using them. So discounts are a waste of time, food is mediocre and they sting you with parking fines. Avoid at all costs, because it WILL cost you!!

I can't comment on the food because I didn't get any, clearly some issues in the restaurant this morning, I don't even have issues with that, things happen, but front of house customer service was terrible, I actually found a Toby pub five minutes up the road, so problem solved, but staff when asked for alternative options said there was no where, that to me is ridiculous, just point customers to somewhere that can help, your establishment messed up, staffing by sounds of it, so just be honest, point folk in new direction and we'd be more forgiving of your attitude towards us, after all its just a breakfast

Second time I've come to this brewers fayre and second time they aren't serving walk in customers. This is on a major junction of a major motorway and must only have a about 50 seats. Went outside and checked the website and oh look I can book a reservation. Went inside to be told technical error or some such rubbish then checked again and it had been locked down for reservations. Tried to put my car reg in and was made to feel that I should only be doing this if I was a customer. I waited absolutely ages for the snail paced staff to come to the front and tell me I couldn't eat here. I'm not paying for your ridiculous parking because you can't employ enough staff. Whilst there there were at least twenty sets of people turned away. Put a damn sign up if you aren't doing walk in customers. When asked if there was anywhere else I was told a Starbucks and subway down the road. No mention of the toby carvery literally round the corner. Not like they are taking your business since you obviously don't want it. Two chances, both messed up. Never again
