  Staff are very polite and helpful. I had a sausage bap - nice bread one and a half sausages and no butter on the roll or plate. £6.50

  Can't complain tge food was good but £41 for 2 breakfasts is abit expensive just my opinion

  My family and I visited this location for a quick bite after traveling 1.5 hours. We ordered, paid, received our order number, and picked a table. My husband and I ordered two bacon baps, the children got baked treats, and we all got drinks. The treats came with us to the table, and the drinks arrived after a few minutes. The reason this review is low is because my husband and I never received our baps. We waited patiently, and understood there was a consistent flow of customers. After about 30 minutes of waiting, with no one coming over to us, my husband approach the counter again and asked the status of the food. He was told that since there was no cutlery available for the plates, the food was not being delivered. I understand that companies have policies and standards in place, but for something typically handheld, like a bap, we became impatient as that was what prevented us from getting our food. There were plenty of empty tables and finished meals by that point which, if collected and cycled through washing, would have solved the issue. It would have been helpful and appreciated if someone approached us to explain the situation, but no one did. The cashier was able to provide a refund for the baps, but we will not be returning to this location again.

  Been here a few times recently, the coffee is so much better than you get from that well know chain..

  Awful fried breakfast, undercooked mushroom and bacon rasher (singular). Tiny pot of beans and flavourless egg. Go to IKEA for the same quality at a third of the price, or Greendale if you don't mind the cost but want your money's worth.
