  I ate at beefeater at Exeter Topsham Road it was the worst experience I have had, first went to a table to be told a chap is due to come and gets angry if anyone sits at that table, so I moved to a corner table, my husband was trying to order food, but the staff were having to much fun in the kitchen to attend my order, I then had to sit and watch this angry man they told me about pick his nose and roll it into balls and flick it around the bar, he then went up and leaned over the bar and helped himself to more drink, this was a disgrace we will not be back.

  Avoid this place—it has seriously gone downhill. I visited Beefeater today with my mum and my niece, and it was a massive disappointment from start to finish. We ordered two fillet steak meals and for my niece she had chicken gougons and a flat bread. For the price of a fillet, you expect a quality cut of meat, but these were grey, bland, and completely tasteless. To make matters worse, the peppercorn sauce tasted like it came straight out of a cheap packet. 📱 THE SERVICE & PAYMENTS: There was no real customer service to speak of. 📸 STAFF & ATMOSPHERE: There was zero atmosphere in the restaurant. Instead of looking after customers, the staff were behind the bar taking photos of themselves . Tasteless food and a completely checked-out staff. Save your money and go somewhere else. We won't be returning.
