  Honestly, download the app — the £1 fee is totally worth it for all the discounts and offers you get. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful, though a few aren’t. Just heads up!

  Am really cross. It is the store that picks my online deliveries. I have always been very pleased with the service until today. I received my delivery on time, but when I checked there were 3 items missing. I was hoping to have a pizza for my supper but that was missing Alrhough I got a swift refund, having complained online, my supper was ruined. I am very disappointed . It has never happened before.

  Avoid like the plague I would rather walk all the way to lidl then use this again, Coop is outrageously expensive and twice in a row now they have botched my order I got 2 plant based burger patties and they sent me 2 huge pints of milk, I cannot store those so they'll be binned and like I said twice now and that delivery cost me £22 so not cheap at all and I have lost all faith in this store. If I don't receive a full refund i'm done for good as I'd rather starve than use this store again, if you can't even put 2 items in a bag you should be shut down.
