Please learn to switch off your online ordering when you are having store problems. It'll save your customers and the drivers from being messed around by constant unfulfilled orders ALL DAY. And if you dont have internet? Here's a mind-blowing idea for you, call the support number, or ask your HQ to email them. Its not rocket science.

Brilliant service! The man working at about 9 to 9.30 was so helpful! Someone collapsed in the pub and instead of making me pay he gave me some aspirin which the NHS medical service asked me to get! Honestly cant thank the man enough his name Scott and I really appreciate what he did!

Honestly, download the app — the £1 fee is totally worth it for all the discounts and offers you get. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful, though a few aren’t. Just heads up!
