  This shop is a shoplifters paradise. Hardly ever any security , clearly not enough staff and alcohol just by the door. I watch people steal from this store daily

  Never had any issues here before normally great service with lots of choice... But not today.... Not sure if it's the heat getting to people but it's no excuse for poor customer service and being rude to the general public. The woman that served me around 20 minutes ago was so rude and blunt and I don't think it's acceptable. On another note the selection was lacking today with the shelves over half empty. It's normally my go to shop but not anymore with the way I was spoken to I refuse to revisit.

  I’ve been staying at the Depot for almost a year now so it’s very convenient shopping. Staff are friendly, no problems with the shop itself. However, the amount of shoplifting I see daily from this place is insane. they used to have a security guard, but since he’s been gone the stealing is so blatant it takes the mick. This evening I watched 2 underage lads walk out with about 10 cans of alcohol in their hands and in their pants. Security is much needed, I don’t feel safe in there and I can imagine the staff don’t feel safe either.

  Convenient co-op for mostly university students. Doesn't have everything all the time though unfortunately

  I just wanted to top up my electricity key. Waited by the till for ten minutes. No visible staff. They need an old fashioned bell or something so customers can draw their attention. I would say poor service, but I left. So no service.
