- CFChris FletcherSep 17, 20261.0Ordered a takeaway and when I got home I found that my correct order had been called, the bag had my order on it, but the incorrect order had been put in the bag. I was already home an hour away by this point so I couldn't return to the restaurant immediately. When I got back to the restaurant, they refused to refund me, despite my order being much more expensive than what they actually gave me, because I didn't have the receipt. I ordered at the kiosk and didn't get a receipt. I had pictures of everything, but I was still refused. If a receipt is required for refunds, then they shouldn't be optional at the kiosk and relying on customers to predict whether or not their order will have any issues. I emailed head office but, again, without the receipt, all they were willing to offer were points on my burger king app.

They removed our orders on the board after we paid for them so we had to remind them. Someone in my party was given a cheeseburger instead of a whopper. The general state of the kitchen was horrible with food left out and fries stuck to the floor. Rude staff were dismissive and unhelpful when we were ordering.

Then the guy picks them up with his bare palm all over the top pushing them down... other guy used his fingers on someone elses... Both had been itching their heads and faces... Guys at the back making the burgers were totally fine... didn't follow the practices of the two managers... One guy was given his food in 3 parts... over 20mins.... it wasn't even that busy... Disgusted at what I saw in that 20mins!
