  Burgers were cold, fries were lovely and hot/fresh but let's be honest the burger costs the most and you can't get fries wrong can you? Drinks were not fizzy and not cold - asked for them to be replaced and still were warm and non fizzy, in the end they replaced with warm bottles which was better than nothing, but after paying £56.70 for the food was absolutely rubbish. Avoid. Head to the KFC opposite which my daughter chose and she had no issues.

  Food was ok but they got our order slightly wrong, check it before you leave.

  I’ve had a terrible couple of experiences here in the last week. The first time the staff could see that the drinks machine had run out of ice yet gave out warm soda in a heat wave. Second time waited for 30 minutes for an order with the staff, obviously not caring at all about the customers. The food had been made within five minutes but it took the other 25 minutes to get it out, I was not alone. Will never go here again and potentially not Burger King, McDonald’s is much more civilised believe it or not!

  If you have to stop here beware this is possibly the worst services I have visited. The prize goes to Burger King full of the slowest, lacking any oomph, no direction staff who literally could not have been any slower. Suggest head office plan a secret visit asap. Would suggest no phones allowed & remind of washing hands after playing with face/hair. I would also question what the coke machine holds - i have never tasted anything like it.
