  I went to the tesco in cullompton today for the first time and what a lovely experience every member of staff was really smiley & friendly and so helpful what a pleasure . I live in exeter and it was worth the trip for great customer service thankyou

  I think it would be a good idea to train some of your staff in the art of "manner's". Due to age restricted items that we purchased we had to get authorisation from a member of your staff who had to, seemingly much to his displeasure, depart from, what was obviously, a very riveting conversation with two other members of staff. He came over scanned his code and walked off. I said "thank you" to the lad but he just walked off without acknowledgement. Now I understand that due to this being a Sunday, "customer services" probably were not open but there is no excuse for rudeness. If you would like to trace the staff member the only info I have is: checkout 075 at 14:08 on 28/12/2025. I didn't get his name tag as he wasn't there long enough.

  Absolutely every member of staff I have encountered is friendly, smiling and helpful beyond any other tesco I have been in. What a shame Tiverton Tesco isn't the same.
