  Totally empty restaurant to be told no tables available. Sat down with a pint, went online and immediately booked a table. Dunno why I bothered as it was absolutely horrendous. Staff are shocking, they don’t care and don’t want to be there. Best thing I read today is they’re going bust and all losing their jobs…..that’s karma.

  Being guests at the Premiere Inn it was our first choice eating out. As in the morning for breakfirst questionable service. Had been waiting more then 30mins to orderbefore we decided to leave. Not even drinks were taking... Sorry, but being busy is one thing but being ignored for this amount of time even an English would have lost patience.

  Food is what you expect in a place like this. Edible, but not amazing. However, for the price it's excellent value and at a time where eating out as a family is a rare option due to expenses, this is a great option to have as long as you go in knowing what to expect. Excellent service from the staff, they were friendly and attentive throughout. Tbh if I was working there and being kicked to the curb by Whitbread (who actually believes the PR that all staff will be kept during this cost saving, not growth!!, exercise) I wouldn't be offering such great customer service. Well done to the staff and manager here for keeping the service up. Certainly won't be rushing to book Premier Inns at any point soon as disappointed by the way it's parent company is operating.
