  Stopped for lunch with my granddaughters. Ordered our food at the new screens, bit like Mcdonalds which give the impression that service would be fairly fast. Couldn't have been more wrong! waited 30 minutes, then realised we wouldnt have time to eat our lunch, so asked if we could change to takeout. Staff were sullen, and miserable. Waited another 15mins for our food to arrive. Paid over £30 for three meals and a couple of soft drinks. Had to dash away due to an appointment. I ordered the smoked salmon Bagel, only when i opened to box did i realised that they had missed out the smoked salmon! Not very happy with both the service and my food. Expensive for what you get. Wont return.

  So expensive and poor quality, it's a Tesco cafe so was not expecting anything special, but the Bacon in our sandwichs was almost raw, the bun stale. And 4 drinks, 3 bacons rolls and 1 side of toast was over £35. So many better places in the area.

  Toastie was over done so crust was rock hard and not much filling. Breakfast followed had no flavour, milkshake was not worth the price. Most of the empty tables were dirty so limited on where you could sit

  I bought a quick lunch inside Tesco, then went to the cafe to relax and get a drink. The woman brought my drink over and told me rudely I couldn't eat the food I had just bought in the cafe. She told me off like I was a naughty schoolboy who really should know better. There's no need to speak to your customers that way.
