  I bought a quick lunch inside Tesco, then went to the cafe to relax and get a drink. The woman brought my drink over and told me rudely I couldn't eat the food I had just bought in the cafe. She told me off like I was a naughty schoolboy who really should know better. There's no need to speak to your customers that way.

  Incredibly disappointed with the service here. The woman in the kitchen (likely the manager, as she wasn't wearing a uniform) was remarkably rude. We visited with our children and an infant, but she showed zero consideration for our family. Her tone was dismissive and arrogant, treating us like we were there for a handout rather than as valued customers. We won't be returning

  I thinks it's awful with the fact that when ordering you can not pay with cash and everything is done by card ! And when my partner asked to remove egg from the breakfast wrap (he can't eat egg) the lady abruptly said 'no. No Changes or substitutes' Which meant he couldn't have lots on the menu as it l had mayo! This cafe used to thrive and when we went in at lunch time there were 3 tables including us. Tesco are Putting people off by card only and elderly won't always understand the tough screens Your losing business because your using robots rather than employees.
