  Completely boycotted and will never shop here again. Tesco is huge in Israel — they own stores, import goods from illegal settlements, stock Israeli produce, and make massive profits from the occupation. They pay taxes that go straight to the state, they support their economy, and they’ve stayed silent while Palestinians are being killed and starved. Everything they do makes them fully complicit in genocide and apartheid. On top of that, prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. I’ll only shop at local butchers, grocers and independent stores that actually align with my values and support our community instead. 🇵🇸

  I came into Tesco this morning with my friends and accidentally knocked over a sign. We laughed a bit out of embarrassment, nothing malicious, just a natural reaction to an awkward moment. A staff member nearby gave us a pretty nasty look before coming over to help, which we appreciated and said thank you for. However, as we walked away, she muttered in a grumpy tone, “don’t see why it’s that funny,” and gave us another dirty look. It felt really unnecessary and quite uncomfortable. We weren’t being disruptive or disrespectful—just reacting to an awkward situation. It left a bit of a sour impression, to be honest. Customers shouldn’t feel judged for something so minor.
