- DHDavid Haynes4 days ago1.03rd time we’ve ordered takeaway delivery via their app. Three times the order has been missing at least one item. Perhaps one mistake would be okay but 100% failure is just appalling. If you can’t trust them then what’s the point in ordering anything from them? Never again.
- ASAbigail Smith6 days ago2.0Everytime you order for delivery they miss all the dips! They definitely need to look into this as people will be losing money as Uber eats won't refund this issue. Food is good and quick delivery.

My friend and I both ordered at the same time a £5.59 savers meal. My friend order came. Mine was 15min later when our numbers were after 1 another. And the chips were cold 😔
- LLLooRJun 6, 20261.0Check your order before you leave!! Bought tea for our family to take away tonight as we live nearby. This is the third time we have had items missing from our order. First time we were missing a Big Mac, second time a McChicken sandwich, and tonight it's a Chicken select missing. Definitely paid for the items as they were listed on the receipt, just not in the bags. Last time we ordered a mcDelivery and it took an hr despite being just living a few streets away ( couldn't leave the kids unattended at home, hence ordering the delivery)and was stone cold by the time it got here. It wasnt the delivery person's fault, I could see on the app that it took 55mins for the order to leave the kitchen. The quality of the food is generally poor... Missing onions and pickles on burgers, 2 strands of lettuce on a chicken sandwich. Don't waste your money here.
