  Dine in, wait for almost half an hour for two breakfast with no other customer in the restaurant, and now I get a PCN for parking over 60 mins!!!! What a scam!!!!

  Very disappointing experience at Burger King Pride Park, Derby. As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I regularly collect orders from this restaurant, and the same issue occurs almost every day, especially during the evening rush. Drivers are frequently left waiting 40–45 minutes or even longer for orders to be prepared. This is not just affecting me. On most evenings, there are multiple delivery drivers waiting inside because the restaurant appears understaffed and unable to cope with the volume of orders. Customers are delayed, drivers lose valuable earning time, and staff are left struggling under pressure. A 40–45 minute wait for a delivery collection is completely unacceptable. Delivery drivers depend on efficient collections to earn a living, and repeated delays like this have a significant impact on our income. The staff are doing their best, but management needs to take responsibility and ensure there are enough team members on shift to handle both customers and delivery orders properly. This ongoing issue has been happening for far too long and urgently needs to be addressed. This comes across as strong, factual, and difficult for management to dismiss.

  I'd give no stars if I could, food took 40 minutes at half 8 in the evening, arrived cold and when I came to eat my bacon double cheese XL it was a whopper. Went to the counter to ask them to change it, got stuck behind the horde of delivery drivers that have no manners apparently. Finally got seen and when my burger was remade they handed my the children's size burger and not the XL. I was frustrated so I threw all my food away and went to McDonald's where they gave me a hot burger made correctly.
