  Ordered kurbside, no one came out with my food. Went round the drive thru to be told they’re closing early. Yet there was no sign to say this and it still let me order through the app. I was then told to contact customer service for my money back. Haven’t had any response from them. Still haven’t got my money. Absolutely awful

  The food took much longer than usual to make, the staff were loudly messing about and swearing, and they forgot one of the portions of chips.

  The food was fine, some staff were nice and friendly, others just completely ignored me. The service was incredibly slow. It took so long to get our food, we ended up with a parking fine as you only get 60 mins of free parking.

  They have forgot to put bike racks/stands when they have renovated the place! Overall, delicious food, great service and a futuristic looking restaurant inside. Toilets are a bit smelly, there used to be many drink flavours on the machine for customers, now they reduced it to only 8 different ones now...
