    Please do not go to this subway. We were met with unfriendly behaviour at the counter by a girl (Never got her name.) as she told us that we could only sit on one side of the restaurant (She was quite rude to us while she said this). We went on the 11th of june 2026 as me and my mum were hungry, and fancied jacket potatoes. My mum went to order at the counter. The same girl then snapped at my mum, saying she could only order at the screens, even though previously it has never been an issue at other subway locations. We both place our order, we both ordered a jacket potato meal with tuna and cheese. We both removed the cheese (I don't know if something was wrong with the machine, but our receipt said that we had ordered it. I think this needs to be looked at by maintenance). We waited about 10 minutes for our food (there was one other person mind you). I look at my food and think, "Where are my hashbrowns?" So I say to my mum, "I ordered hashbrowns." (It said so on the receipt). So my mum walks over to the counter and says to the same girl that my hashbrowns aren't there. The girl then states that they are underneath the jacket potato (why you would put hashbrowns that ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE SIDE on the bottom?) Anyway, so I was like fair enough. So me and my mum start eating our jacket potatoes, and we both realise there is cheese in the tuna. Now I have autism and cannot stand the taste of cheese, so it really put me off (9 quid down the drain as I ended up putting it in the bin) mum was fine with it ig. But the thing is, what if one of us had an allergy to dairy? It's not very good on the staff's part. Not to mention my hot chocolate tasted like water 🤢 We didn't go back to the counter because I felt like the girl was unprofessional, and if she was having a bad day, I didn't want to make her feel worse (her behaviour still wasn't okay.) I feel like even if someone is having a bad day, it's not good to take it out on other people, especially on customers at the establishment you are representing. How we were treated was absolutely disgusting in my opinion. We will not be returning to this location.

    Just went into subway to order a sandwich, pretty standard behaviour so far... got told I can only obtain a sandwich by ordering on the kiosks...

    Staff were friendly but it’s very difficult to order here as no staff members will take an order and just get you to use the screen. Food standard here is poor- foods where all cross contaminated and so worry for how to food is kept when it’s not in customer view if this is what it looks like at the front of house. Difficult to buy, difficult to order and poor quality of service. I wish all staff members well but this is awful quality in every regard. I highly recommend you avoid where possible.

    No human interaction ordering, screen only, confusing to work the screen, can't add everything and costs £1.20 to add a bit off peperoni and anything. They missed out on 3 orders so we had to go to a different one 5 miles away with 2 very hungry children.

    Ordered a tuna with extra meat salad and no condiments, not toasted. I got delivered a soup consistency overly mayo’d concoction that I wouldn’t even feel comfortable feeding to my cat. How they can stay in business serving literal slop is beyond me.
