  Terrible customer service and complete lack of security. I waited patiently for my order, only to watch another customer walk off with my food. When I asked the staff why my order number was handed to her, they insisted it was hers. After I pointed out it was actually mine, they agreed to remake it, but the manager’s response was completely unacceptable. He described the woman’s exact appearance down to a T and admitted she pulls this exact scam all the time. If management is fully aware that this person regularly steals customers' paid orders, why are staff still blindly handing her food without verifying receipts? There was zero effort to address the scammer, report the theft, or prevent it from happening again. They simply did not care that a repeat offender is actively stealing from their customers. Management needs to train staff on basic order verification instead of enabling known scammers at the expense of paying customers.

  Absolutely shocking attitude. Family with small kids walked having ordered and walked for 6mins to collect. My 9 year old lad was pushing his scooter and we were greeted to he can't ride that in here. I replied he's not riding he's pushing. She then said they shouldn't be allowed in here. No morning, no how are you. Then when I pulled my phone out for the order to see it's been cancelled. Basically told rough. That was the manager so gods knows what the rest of the staff are like. I know it's a fast food place and you don't pay for a good service but basic decency and manners should be expected

  If I could give them zero stars I would. The manager, who is called Harlow or Arlo asked us to leave as dogs are not allowed. When pointed out the dog, who was in a pram was wearing assistance dog equipment, we were asked 5x what his tasks are, when informed he helps myself & other people with anxiety, depression, grief, suicide etc we repeatedly was asked what does he do. After the 5th time of repeating ourselves we were told to get out & we were not going to get our food. We were informed the police had been called on us for a hate crime for calling the manager She when they identify as male!!! Never have I had the misfortune of dealing with such vile, unprofessional, immature & uneducated staff in all my days. No wonder there is so much trouble at this place when that is their disgusting & unprofessional behaviour. I strongly suggest McDonald's train their staff on the laws regarding Assistance/therapy dogs & also their attitude in customer service. Thankfully the Rhuddlan staff are amazing & have always been amazing & this branch in rhyl could learn alot from them. I will be taking this further as I dread to think how many other people with assistance dogs have to suffer or be humiliated at the hands of these dregs of society & in that term I'm being extremely complimentary. Because if any of our staff even spoke 1 sentence to a customer the way we were spoken to tonight, it would have been an instant dismissal. Nevermind the fact they have discriminated against an assistance dog.
