- IIIsabella IzzyAug 1, 20261.0I live local and I’m a co op member have been for years I have recently encountered a ginger haired woman called Tricia who works there she’s been rude now on several occasions to myself and 2 of my daughters I feel I have to make this complaint as she’s really upset me On going to the till several times she has totally just ignored me as she clearly wants me to use the self checkout without my glasses it’s hard for me to use she’s huffed and puffed and made me feel so uncomfortable and made me wait a fair while to be served When I used the self service till another time and pressed the wrong button for the bakery item she came over and spoke to me in a unacceptable aggressive tone saying I had pressed the wrong button snatched the item and proceeded to find the item on the till she couldn’t find the item and then started to say the co op tills are all out of date and useless !!! This behaviour is not acceptable whatsoever she’s rude aggressive and nasty I will continue to shop here as I rely on the Co op as it’s my local shop and has been for 20 years she will not bully and intimidate me to shop elsewhere I’m hoping the manager is going to read this review and act on my complaint I’m a older lady so I will get my daughter to email co op direct all the other staff in the store are so friendly and welcoming always have been this is issue needs addressing

We had an incident a few months ago from a miserable male staff member, he was really rude because I needed to use the till rather than self check-out, that's what they are employed to do , serve customers. This time round we we will avoid this shop even if allowed back in , as the 2 staff members we encountered are very rude and have no place there as they lack customer service skills big time.
