  The fact i have to even give a 1 star, because you cant give 0 or - numbers. This restaurant is one of the worst McDonald's ever. I orderesd for me and my kids months ago and they cancelled my order twice after waiting nearly an hour and the duty manager tried to blame the uber driver over the phone and took zero responsibility. Fast forward to tonight where my husband has ordered for us both and on uber it was saying preparing your order for around an hour so my husband rang the restaurant and the deputy manager said that he couldn't see our order on the screen as soon as he said that the status had changed to heading your way. Our uber driver admitted to us that the restaurant was extremely quiet and that the staff kept cancelling peoples order which is absolutely shocking. Our food has turned up freezing cold that we have had to put it in the microwave. This McDonald's needs to be really looked into and the manager. Im outraged luckily it was just me and my hisband this time and not my kids. The manager is also telling people that it is the uber drivers fault even though the food hasn't even been given to the driver.

  Food always takes ages here and more than 50% of the time there is items missing from my order from the drive thru.

  Very disappointing service. Every time I visit and ask for a McFlurry, I’m told the shake/ice cream machine is not working. It has happened repeatedly, and the response is always the same. If the machine is regularly unavailable, customers should be informed before ordering rather than finding out at the counter. This has become frustrating and makes the overall service feel unreliable. I hope the restaurant management looks into the recurring issue and improves both equipment availability and customer communication.

  Literally missing the burger from a deluxe quarter pounder meal…not sure what I’m supposed to do without the main part of the meal😂 Rang the restaurant, duty manger gave us a contact for uber eats which was the wrong number 😂 Uber eat then delivered and dumped it in the doorstep in the rain without knocking so the food that we did recieve was cold and soggy.
