Lily looked after me following the machine not working to order. She then cooked my food to perfection. Well impressed 😁 thanks 👍

Nice but expensive for basic food Don’t mind paying good money for food but seems branding allows them to charge this

Went in to five guys at the designer outlet today. The young man on the till was super friendly, informative and patient when helping me customise my burger. Even though he said he was new he was very helpful. The burger turned out to be super fresh and tasted amazing. The fries were also really good, the portion size was extremely generous. The milkshake is hands down the best milkshake I have ever had. Every member of the store seemed really happy and friendly. Great vibes there. Would go again. 10/10.

Great service today at the till. I heard it was national burger day and decided to take a trip to 5 guys due to their buy one get one free deal. Despite it being SO BUSY, like very busy my food was still so delicious and fresh. The young lad at till believe their name was Casper potentially? Such a great young lad very helpful with explaining the menu even though it was very busy still took the time to explain everything with care. Chips were slightly soggy but still enjoyable.

We ordered a burger, loaded fries and two milkshakes. The food was cooked to order and piping hot. We received excellent service and the staff were helpful and friendly.
