  My friend ate half of his burger before realising there was mold on the bread. I took it back to be told "no worries I'll get you a fresh one" they also did say "sorry about that" and we're friendly but I feel this is insufficient. I'd be mortified if I had served moldy food to a guest.

  After multiple visits at 7pm (quiet period) always a wait for 10-15 mins for food, staff seem to be asleep most of the time and never happy to speed up or apologise for your waiting time

  The chips were a little bit rubbery but still totally edible. The whopper was fantastic apart from the new shrunk size but I guess that's just the times we live in.. should it really still be called a whopper? The flat white coffee was pretty good, definitely way better than the coffee they used to serve. Staff service was brilliant 10/10 for them!
