Never normally have a problem here but the woman who served me this afternoon about 2.15 needs a few refresher lessons on customer service. She was just plain rude. No patience whatsoever. I had to void something off because I didn’t have enough money in the account I was using to pay but then realised the total was more expensive than it should have been because I hadn’t scanned my membership card. So I asked to put the voided item back on again which was clearly a hassle. Maybe if you’d have asked if I had a membership card to start with like you’re meant to do, it would have saved your precious time. Sorry to have been an inconvenience to you today. I’ll remember not to visit at the same time on Wednesdays again so you don’t have to worry about doing your job
