  Simple... but powerful. The menu may not be amazing, but it delivers as you expect. Any issues and staff go above and beyond to rectify. Would recommend for a decent know what you're going to get meal.

  I ate here some time ago and there was a metal pin inside my burger. Like from a metal brush. I took it to the staff and they said sorry. I had to encourage them to give me a refund. That would have killed me.

  Lovely food in a pleasant environment. Our last waitress was Lauren who served us with coutesy and a smile and looked like she was happy to serve her customers.

  Upon arrival I checked with the manager if I was able to use a voucher and was met with the response 'as long as you've read the terms and conditions'. Checked again with the waitress (who was excellent) and was given the same response. Then having ordered a pricier meal than would otherwise have intended in order to take advantage of the voucher I was told it had already been used. It hadn't. Upon consulting with a Team Leader (not entirely sure what this is) was initially engaged with conversation but quickly moved on after having been met with some derision about checking the terms and conditions (I had when I entered which is demonstrated by me asking two people if I could use it before I ordered). Sadly there was no offer of any resolution or any empathy shown. Obviously I paid the amount owed but I would not recommend going as management clearly only seem to care about gross profit and once they've had your money will do little if anything to try and assist. It's a shame as the food and service were both good but management do not seem to care and have little interest in the customer experience.
