This place is going downhill hill fast... Drastically fast. Needs new management, franchise operator, staff you name it. Needs changing quicktime. To be told over 60 mins waiting time for a pizza. 2 staff only working, no delivery drivers, app not working correctly so had to go into store, never again! Their attitude and service was awful. Was my go to place for pizza. Sadly not anymore. Terrible!

Friendly and efficient service. Have been using Long Eaton store for over 15 years now and have never had any issues with food or the service. Staff on the front counter are always willing to help. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Once again, thank you for today.
