  Not a bad shop. Good service and products. Some Co ops are awful. This was a better example of what the stores should be.

  The manager Dan is really horrible and nasty. I won’t be shopping at the Co-Op again after my unpleasant experience with him.

  Used this co op for over 20 years now, not going to anymore. The manager guy with the glasses has accused Me of stealing a number of times (with no reason to) just judgment for no reason he needs dismissal i know many people who dont use this store because of him. There is a group of older ladies that work here that I always believed where the heart and soul of this branch. Tracy, Marianne and a couple of others all fantastic hard working ladies. But one of the older ladies I forget her name had a bit of a snap at me yesterday because she clearly wanted to go home (don't see how that is my problem) and her blue haired colleague even got Involved on the cantankerous endeavor towards the customer. Co op has low choice, bad prices compared to every other supermarket but it was convenient for me and the ladies were fantastic. Now they've got bees in their Bonnet I won't come back again. Youve lost a 20+ year customer. Probably about time we got rid of this co op and got a reasonable supermarket (Aldi, Asda, Iceland, Heron Foods, Lidl or Tesco would all run circles round this store.

  Don't bother with New mills Storè. The staff are ĺovely, they keep it Going.management needs sort that place out. It would be shut if those that work there didn't keep it going.
