  Ordered an order of £35 to gullivers kingdom, did not get delivered, manager on the phone said been handed to person at the chalet/hotel! Then changed mind said handed to reception of hotel while on phone went over to reception nothing had been handed to them. Manager on the phone then said sorry we will send a new order out for you in an hour! Not good enough when you have small children waiting for dinner. Manager then offered a 50% refund still not good enough for their incompetence. Didnt take any details for complaints advised to make complaint online and still refused any compensation. Very poor service.
