  Waited 35 minutes for 1 medium pizza in the store for collection the store wasn’t even inundated with orders just late on a Thursday night. Even uber drivers had come and gone. Service was complete dire and the pizza was not even cut and pure grease. Only lived in the area 2 weeks and already I will never return to this branch. Don’t waste your money or time!

  Food was cold by the time it came to us. They used Uber who refused to come to the address that we had put in. Argued with my husband telling him firstly that they can't deliver to the location and then saying that they had been there and couldn't see him despite my husband being the only one there. I tried calling the driver and left several messages which were ignored. I called Papa John's who said it's not their fault, it's Uber to which I said it is their fault because they have accepted the address we gave and need to take accountability for the 3rd party company they have used. If ordering, make sure you call and ask for it to be their own driver and not Uber! Paid £1.99 for delivery literally around the corner to then get all of this bother, my husband being shouted at and cold food. Do not recommend.
