Tried to place my order on the website and it said it didn’t go through. My partner then didn’t via the app on her phone and money was taken. The payment then went through on my phone also. I phoned the store cancelled one of the orders and the store said a manager would process a refund when they are on shift the following day. Since then I have called 3 times to be told it is with the franchise owner to process now and to email dominos directly to raise a complaint. I have emailed dominos twice and still havnt had a response back. Nearly 3 weeks later I’m still waiting on my money back

We ordered a Domino’s Pizza and they said to us when I went to collect it that they have lost our pizza to which the man said do you want me to make another one? Well obviously you’ve got to make me another pizza I’ve asked for one I ordered online!! The man didn’t apologise he was quite abrupt and rude! When we got our pizza home, there was hardly any chicken on it and bacon on it and The pizza wasn’t even cut! And it was over cooked Not happy with the service at all.

Warning hot that’s a lie, you get a text saying it’s on its way and it takes 30 minutes and it’s just about warm they used to be good but now it poor to be honest and it’s not just a one off don’t order unless you collect as clearly they give the delivery drivers to many in one run to save money and let’s be honest even with there deals it’s not cheap
