Very rude staff. i submitted an order online and ordered one of them wrong. i called and spoke to Manager Tom 4 minutes after placing order to change and he said it was already in the oven ( which i don't believe). He was very rude about it and laughed at me over the phone. Never buying from here again.

I have never seen such chaos in a dominos store. The orders was just thrown on the "heated shelf" which the bulbs had gone so my food was cold ? Every time someone came in asking about their order the staff had to open up the boxes of the sides and pizzas to see which order was which. So so bad save your money

I rang the store for a simple inquiry and I didn't even get chance to ask the question and the guy hung up on me 🤣 tried calling back numerous times and no answer so I'm guessing that when you call and say "hi is the glossop branch" they hang up and dint answer anymore calls from your number!very bizarre but I will not be ordering now and if this is a franchise store I would suggest you reprimand your staff or you are loosing money terrible customer service.
