  Ok so this is take two from James.A, the food came out swiftly after ordering. I got the coconut based curry from the lunch menu. This was sublime, topped with the mysterious red liquid and flakes. We were asked about allergies three times which we appreciate but as someone without allergies the answer was a no for all three times. They have ran out of forks but honestly this was an intervention for me to honestly my chopstick skills. We came here after watching the odyssey, this movie tackled the influence of the gods on the mindset of the ancient Greeks with Oddyseus struggling with returning home, (physically and mentally) after breaching troy with the famous trojan horse which breached zuess law. This movie was enthralling to watch and was a joy to have this curry post film. Thanks, James.A signing off

  Been eating wagamma 20+ years and the meal ive just had was disgusting, steak didnt taste defrosted properly and every part full of grissle both main courses tastes like a 3 year old made them. £63 food in the bin. Never again

  The food at Wagamama was really good and we enjoyed our meal. However, the overall experience was let down by the customer service. The front-of-house staff member, Shakthi, who served us came across as quite rude and unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable. We also ordered a takeaway, but when we got home we realised there was no cutlery included. It would have been helpful if the staff had checked or asked whether we needed cutlery before packing the order. The food itself was excellent, but better customer service and more attention to takeaway orders would have made the experience much more enjoyable.

  This was my first time visiting Wagamama. The food was really good, especially the Chilli Chicken Ramen, it was delicious and I really enjoyed it. However, the service was disappointing. Our waitress, Sakthi, did not seem friendly or confident when interacting with customers. At the end of my meal, she asked if I had finished because she wanted us to leave, even though I had just finished eating. It made me feel rushed and affected my overall dining experience. I also ordered a Beef Brisket Ramen takeaway, but when I got home, I found that there were no cutlery or chopsticks included in the package. This was very careless and inconvenient. The food was excellent, but the customer service and attention to detail need significant improvement.
