Had 2 pizzas on the 18th of September and one box was missing a dip. My partner called up and they said a new starter was training and had missed it off the order, so next time we could have one large dip and 2 small of our choice for the inconvenience. I don’t like the crust without dip so left a lot of the pizza. Today we ordered again and my partner collected. He asked for the dips and the man who served him argued the toss that he couldn’t have them. When my partner pointed out that it’s just dips and they messed up before the man said “but it’s money” like they are 20 grand each or Dominos care about him personally. Don’t mess up, offer something and then take it back when it suits you! My partner stormed out and we won’t be using Dominos again now.
